Content:Contains 1078 photos and all statistics from the art project. We follow the food waste of the photographer's family - for a whole year. How much do they throw, what do they throw, how much does it cost in time and money? "Our daily waste" is embarrassing, frightening, but an honest portrait of my family. At the same time, however, it is a portrait and a reflection of changes in society, where "time pressures" takes over life completely. More people have a good income, food becomes cheaper and food resources become less and less valued. A portrait that unfortunately many will be able to recognise of themselves - and not just in Norway.
